How many treatments will I need?
The number of treatment sessions needed to achieve desired goals can vary greatly. PUSH Therapy is tailored to your individual needs and also depends on your participation. If your condition is severe or has developed over a long period of time, it will take longer to resolve.

How often will I need to get treatment?
Depending on your specific needs, the first treatment sessions will be most effective if scheduled 4 to 7 days apart. If you are a serious athlete, or have acute pain, treatments can be applied more often. As your body responds, treatments can be scheduled with less frequency.

What if I don't have a specific problem?
PUSH Therapy will help you avoid problems. With the PUSH Treatment Plan, you can actually decrease your biological age and enhance your well-being.

You will sleep more soundly and have more energy for everyday activities. You can avoid injury and improve your body mechanics. You can play harder and improve your game.

We see many clients once a month or so on our mobility and maintenance program. Small issues can be quickly identified before they become larger ones. Mobility exercises can be refined and adjusted so that they are even more effective. The PUSH program is so comprehensive that it has something to offer almost anyone. It can empower you to change your life!

How is PUSH Therapy different from massage therapy?
PUSH Therapy is not just a set of techniques, but a comprehensive program. With a customized treatment plan, systematic muscle therapy work is integrated with client education, core strengthening, and mobility training.

The goal of PUSH Therapy is to permanently change the soft tissues of the body so that lasting improvements in structure, function, strength and performance are achieved.
