DIRECTIONS
After nursing, wash the breasts then towel dry. Using your finger tip, slowly rotate on top of cream, cream will start to loose its hardness and begin to stay on your finger.  Apply generously to the nipple.  This can be used several times during the day and night to assist with existing soreness or prevention of cracking skin.  It does not have to be removed prior to nursing.
