Summer Foot Care

This time of year sandals & flip-flops replace shoes leaving our feet fully exposed to the elements. If you want to show off your sexy toes in sandals this summer, don’t forget to exfoliate your feet paying special attention to the heel and edge of your sole areas, as this is typically where buildup occurs. Then, moisturize with a deep penetrating lotion that will lock in moisture, create oil balance and enhance the appearance of your feet.

Don’t forget to massage a small amount on the tops of your feet too. Your skin will look healthy, feel smooth and glow!

If you want to have a professional pedicure, take your own tools to avoid infection. Tools used on someone with an infection or toenail fungus can create potential hazard to your own foot health! Ask if this is appropriate when you make the appointment or if the practitioner sanitizes the tools for each client.
